Client experience

Traditional judgment, handled in a modern, secure way.

You should always know what happens next, what is needed from you, and where your documents are.

  1. Step 01

    Request a consultation

Send a short, nonconfidential note describing the general area you need help with.

  2. Step 02

    Complete a concise intake form

A brief form captures the basics so the first conversation starts with context.

  3. Step 03

    Receive a personalized document checklist

You get a list built for your situation — not a generic packet.

  4. Step 04

    Upload documents securely

Sensitive records are exchanged only through the secure portal, never by web form or email.

  5. Step 05

    Review scope, responsibilities, and deadlines

Before work begins, what's included, who does what, and when it's due are written down.

  6. Step 06

    Receive progress updates

You're told where things stand rather than having to ask.

  7. Step 07

Continue through a secure client portal

Documents, filings, and prior-year records stay in one organized place.

A note on security. Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking details, and other sensitive information should never be sent through a standard contact form or ordinary email. Those are exchanged only through the secure portal.

Portal provider, scheduling link, and intake tooling are pending confirmation.
